Cancellation Policy

We thank you for booking your appointment with us, and because it is very important to our team, that time is reserved especially for you! We understand that schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary; therfore, we respectfully request at least a 24-hour notice for any cancellations/changes.

Strict 24 Hour Cancellation Policy

Please note that when you forget or cancel your appointment without enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to recieve services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we understand how an appointment booked months ago can be forgotten.

When Booking Hair, Make-up, Spa, & Waxing Services

  • Less than 24 hour notices will result in a charge of 50% of the starting cost of the reserved service. (See starting prices on Service pages)
  • No Shows will be charged 100% of the starting cost of the reserved appointment
  • Appointments made within 24 hours of appointment time must be cancelled at least 4 hours prior to appointment or guest will be charged 50% of the starting cost
  • We request that multiple services are held with a credit card, and must be cancelled 24 hours prior to appointment start time or 100% of the starting price of all services will be charged to the card on file. (It is the guests' responsibility to who's card is given to be charged.)

*This cancellation policy allows time for us to inform standby guests of any availability, as well as keep our team's schedules fully booked. Gift Card Policy

Please note that all gift cards that are purchased through our website are non-refundable and have no cash value. We cannot replace the gift certificate if it has been lost or stolen. If there are any questions regarding your purchase, please give us a call and our Guest Services team will assist you.
