What is your cancellation policy?
We request our guests contact our guest relations team 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment in order to cancel or reschedule. In the case of two cancellations with less than 24-hour notice, we will charge you a cancellation fee of the price of the scheduled service. We will also ask the guest to provide a credit card in order to book future appointments. No shows will be handled in the same manner.
What is your return policy?
We are happy to exchange the product for a product that will better suit your needs. If we are unable to find an alternative product, we will issue you a return in the form of a store credit, which may be applied to future purchases. We cannot return or exchange makeup.
I am unhappy with the way my cut or my color turned out. What should I do?
Please give us a call within two weeks of your original appointment. We want you to be happy with your look, and we will do whatever we can to correct it, free of charge. Please note, we cannot correct a haircut or color free of charge after the two week grace period has passed.
If we were not the salon that originally colored your hair, we ask that you book a consultation prior to your appointment.
Why must I book a separate consultation prior to an appointment for extensions?
We order the extensions by request as opposed to keeping an open stock. Upon booking your appointment, we will ask you to pre-pay for the extensions.
Do you take children?
Yes. Children 10 years and younger are considered a kids cut. However, all children 12 years and younger must be accompanied by an adult in our facility. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian for waxing, facial and massage services in order to maintain our commitment to safety.
Do you sell any products other than Aveda?
We are an Aveda concept salon, meaning we strictly carry Aveda products and cosmetics. However, we do carry Keratin Complex products for Keratin treated hair.
As for nail care, we provide a brand called Spa Rituals, which is vegan and cruelty-free nail polish.
How far in advance should I book my appointment?
We recommend booking appointments 2-3 weeks prior to the date you are hoping to come in. However, if you are requesting a specific service provider, or need a specific day/time, we strongly suggest booking your next appointment as you check out. Also, standing appointments are a great way to secure appointments throughout the year.
May I return gift cards/gift certificates?
All sales are final on gift cards. Gift cards are like cash; they cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
